Nice original NSDAP early eagle likely used as a flag topper or for use mounted to a vehicle. First of its kind we have seen however it was a veteran bring back from Hamburg. Red wool sewn onto field grey wool, with the white stripe made of cotton forming the shield based on the Flag of Letts, the Latvian national flag.
