Original British Army Entrenchment tool and case both dated 1915. Case has seen two repairs, notably where the head has been in the case it has worn on the highest part. Original WW2 2.5X50 binoculars with leather case and carry strap. Often referred to as airborne binoculars they did in fact see more extensive applications. Approximately half the size of standard army issue 6X30 with a much smaller magnification. Binoculars are made of brass and an early type of compressed plastic.
