Very late war produced German army medical satchel which is part presstof (leather substitute made of pressed paper) and some real leather fittings. Ordinance tan metal front as per 1943 regulations onwards. Clear stamp present in the lid flap. An all round nice late war piece of field gear. No key present for the satchel. read more
