German Army Tan & Water Reversible Jacket

Original late war 1944-45 German army Sumpftarn ‘Tan & Water’ reversible padded jacket with white snow reverse. Jacket has seen extensive use with staining, minor repairs and minor fraying on the opening of the jacket and cuffs as it has rubbed. Jacket is complete with its original rayon waist belt which can be worn on both sides of the coat. All buttons are present on both sides, an interesting touch to the white side, the buttons have been painted white and many remain most white still. White side of the coat shows virtually no damage, just heavy wear as it appears the camouflage side was preferred by the soldier. Hood on both sides in good shape. A lovely coat, becoming much harder to find unaltered like this.
