Double Erel Marked Luftwaffe Officers Visor Cap, Brockade Belt, Buckle & Hat Box

Superb original grouping consisting of a Luftwaffe officers peaked cap. Double marked Erel on the celluloid and sweat band. High quality wool blend otherwise referred to as doeskin. Hand applied eagle and cockade. Cockade roundel is a vented type. Some small moth holes on the top of the cap. Otherwise completely perfect without evidence of much wear at all. We can only assume this was the officers best dress. Brockade and buckle in superb condition also. Two piece buckle made of aluminium and brass. Size 95 still marked on the reverse. Both pieces were recovered in the original hat box. A really nice set, made by the best manufacturer of the time.
