German Army Wehrpass Unteroffizier Werner Karl Lindermann KIA Orel Russia- Seige of Warsaw

Original WW2 German Army Wehrpass issued to Werner Lindermann born 27.01.1914. Lindermann joined the army early beginning service in October 1936 attached to J.R.116 and later J.R.38 prior to to the invasion of Poland where he was attached to J.R.354 subordinate to the 213 Infantry Division where they would be heavily involved in the Seige of Warsaw. He would later be moved into the western front for the invasion of North Eastern France with Feld.Ers.Batl.213. He would later be involved in Operation Barbarossa, the full scale invasion of the Soviet Union. Lindermann was killed in the intense fighting at Orel on the 27th July 1942. Lindermann was well versed on several small arms, including the G98, K98K, P08, MG08/15 & MG34. He was awarded marksmanship awards in 1936/37 and 1937/38. He also received the Winterschlact Im Osten 1941/42 campaign medal for continued service.
