Original paper citation issued to Unteroffizier Paul Schäfer on the 6th June 1939 for the Spanish Cross in Silver with swords for his service in Spain with Legion Condor during the Spanish civil war. Adolf Hitler autopen signature with the correct seal. Document in fair condition with a single crease down the middle where it was folded. Citation comes with a Guarantee of Authenticity by Detlev Niemann. Whilst we do not value the certificate or believe it’s worth the paper it is written on, it came with the citation so will be included as part of the sale.
