RAF Flight Lt Medal Grouping Leslie Sands Transport Command

Nice group of WW2 and later medals to Fl.Lt Leslie Sands who piloted Transport Planes in the Malaya and Arabia conflicts. He was commissioned as an officer at the end of 1944 and served well into the 1970s. Two of his medals (GSM & CSM) are both sterling silver and named. Complete with the medals is his ribbon bar, Aircrew Categorisation card and drivers permit. All awards in good condition.
