M1888 Mauser Rifle Cartridge Pouches Matching Set Dated 1896

Original pair of Imperial German black leather cartridge pouches for the M1888 Rifle. Both pouches in superb condition, both maker marked Clemen Elberfeld. Both pouches are dated 1896 and issued to Jager Regiment 13 and later reissued to Jager Regiment 158. Almost impossible to find a matching set in such good condition. Leather is soft throughout, complete with dividers and cotton ties.
