Late War German M42 Helmet No Decals NS64 D462

Original late war German M42 helmet complete with liner, shell marks in the rear of the neck NS64 with accompanying batch number of D462. Helmet in fairly good condition, complete with its factory paint however this has worn and a previous owner has laqoured the outer shell giving it a higher shine that it should have. The original factory stamp can be seen in the shell where the crown of the head would sit. This liner is in very good condition, attached to the correct liner band. Liner has had a replacement cord attached inside. Overall a very nice helmet, competitively priced!
