Waffen SS Ordnungspolizei M45 Pea Dot Jacket

Original SS Ordnungspolizei M45 pea dot camouflage jacket with pleated pockets and concealed buttons. Worn by order police under jurisdiction of the Waffen SS. These jackets differed only slightly from the combat counterpart, with an additional belt hook hole (regular combat SS versions only had two belt hook holes). This jacket has evidently seen extensive field use with discolouration to the camouflage print, with a repair on the waist, which has been patched up using the inside of the jacket. On the collar, excessive wear can again be seen on the back of the neck. A really nice untouched jacket,completely textbook example without any post war alterations. Some age related fading simply due to extensive use, inside brighter more vibrant colours are visible. It is also worth noting that this particular jacket was photographed and published in “Uniformen Der SS 1938-1945”, authored by Yoshihiro Terui & BSK.
