German “Ahnenpaß” Used to Prove Racial Purity

Original German Ahnenpass issued to Katharina Rösler. These books were issued to all Germans to prove to the state their racial purity. Individuals were tasked to trace their family history using these books and hand them in to the party to assess Arianism. This book has been used and some entires have been made. Stamps indicate that Mrs Rösler was Ayran. In good condition with typical oil cloth cover.
