German Army Soldbuch & Wehrpass KIA Unteroffizier Wilhelm Klamann J.R.474 & 484

Original German army Soldbuch and Wehrpass to Unteroffizier Wilhelm Klamann. Klamann was born 26th September 1904 and joined the army prior to the war beginning in September 1939. He was first attached to Jager Regiment 474 and in January 1941 served with Jager Regiment 484. He served in many campaigns including Holland, Belgium, Lithuania, Leningrad and was later killed in action on the 3rd September 1942. Klamann earned several awards during his service including the Iron Cross second class, Infantry assault badge, Eastern front medal and wound badge in black. The awards are noted in both books. His death and service history is also noted in full in the Wehrpass. Some shrapnel damage present in the cover of the Soldbuch. No photo present in the Soldbuch as it was an early issue that didn’t require one. A nice grouping all to the same man. Well worth further translation and research.
