Rural Police Tunic Rank of Meister Merseburg 1939 Dated

Original 1939 dated German rural police tunic with the regional eagle for Merseberg. Jacket fitted with original insignia for the rank of Meister, the highest non commissioned rank of the German police. Typical blue green wool with brown cuffs and collars. All original buttons present. Two small moth nips on the third to bottom button holes. One of these is hidden when the jacket is buttoned up. Three collar hooks for a stylish tighter collar. Clear stamps inside dating the jacket to 1939 with the makers label sewn into the neck. A really nice piece.
