German Army Sonderfuhrer Josef Schtapsky Wounded Northern France 1944

Original German army Soldbuch to a Sonderfuhrer Josef Schtapsky, formerly of 8.Mg.Inf.Ers.Ba. 11/130. Where he served as a gefreiter throughout the middle part of the war and later promoted to Sonderfuhrer (speciality unknown) issued wound badge in black after being injured in an air raid August 1944 in northern france and was admitted to a field hospital at Mesnières en-Bray. A nice original book which could do with more research. Unfortunately the binding of the book is damaged and pages have been neatly stapled. All pages are present. Possible shrapnel damage to the book penetrating front cover, all pages and back cover.
