Luftwaffe M40 Helmet Two Tone Camouflage Q64 Shell

Original Luftwaffe M40 helmet in two tone camouflage. No traces of decals appear underneath the paint, thick hand applied splotches. Shell made by Quist size 64 with a 56/57 liner. Liner band and leather original to the shell. Two of the three split pins are unmolested and the other has been moved at some point. Faint batch number present in the shell reading three digits, ending in a 3. The first two digits are ineligible. Underneath the batch number a name is present which is also difficult to read. A really nice original helmet.
